Information handled by the site

The public site does not offer accounts, comments, or a newsletter. The launch checklist stores progress in your browser’s local storage; that progress is not sent to EcomStoreLaunch.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregated traffic, popular pages, and how visitors reach the site so we can improve our guides and tools. GA4 sets cookies and processes usage data, including a truncated IP address, under Google's privacy policy. We use this data only in aggregate and do not sell it or use it for advertising. No advertising or remarketing pixel is enabled. If you are in a region that requires consent for analytics cookies, note that a consent mechanism is being evaluated; in the meantime you can block analytics cookies with your browser settings or an ad/tracker blocker.

Affiliate links

Commissionable Shopify links are provided through Shopify’s affiliate tracking provider. The destination service may process click and conversion information under its own privacy policy. Affiliate links are visibly disclosed.

Server and security logs

The hosting and security provider may temporarily process technical request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and security events to deliver and protect the site.

Email

If you email us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond. Do not send secrets or customer information.
